Payments are processed by Stripe. SocketNews does not store full payment card data.
No free trial is provided. Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
If a payment fails, access to the socket/API service may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.

SocketNews aims to provide reliable access, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuous availability.
The service may be modified, interrupted or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal or business reasons.
Users may cancel subscribed channels through the dashboard. Unless otherwise stated, canceled channels remain active until the end of the current billing period and then stop renewing automatically.
Users may delete their account directly from the dashboard at any time.
Account deletion results in immediate termination of access to the service, including dashboard access, API access and socket access.
When an account is deleted, any active subscriptions and channels are terminated immediately for technical and security reasons. No refunds are provided for any unused portion of the billing period, unless required by applicable law.
Account deletion is irreversible. Associated account data may be permanently removed, except for information that must be retained for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or security purposes.
